Vancouver Top Presales is one of Vancouver’s leading full-service real estate platforms that specializes in new properties & condo presales. With Vancouver’s booming housing market, Vancouver Top Presales ensures a pleasant experience for Vancouverites & International buyers via their “VIP Access List” & “Investor Program.”

Vancouver Top Presales was looking for a new website along with a complete branding with the aim of creating a robust online presence and generating valuable leads. The site needed to be easy to use, with a capability of adding/modifying new listings and a VIP mailing list.

With Vancouver’s competitive Real Estate and housing market, Vancouver Top Presales needed to stand out to capture new quality leads.

Through both strategic and tactical approaches, we implemented a custom full-scale digital marketing plan for them to establish a strong online presence and attract prospective buyers or investors.

The Challenge

To build a brand that attracts and produces valuable leads, we needed to fully understand various personas and the target audience along with their needs.

We also wanted to produce hundreds of real estate ads for various presale projects, areas, sub-areas and project types. However, as real estate is a very time-sensitive industry, this would require a substantial number of copywriters and designers.

We overcame this challenge with the use of Google’s AI and Machine Learning.

The Process

Initially, we started with several well-researched and highly targeted paid campaigns. These ad campaigns were designed in a way to ensure Vancouver Top Presales ranked above their competition, and specific search terms directed traffic into different conversion funnels based on their budget, area, and type of the property they were seeking out.

Alongside the paid ads, we started the Instagram management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of Vancouver Top Presales. Through the SEO process, we targeted more general search terms, while increasing brand awareness by engaging with local Instagram users.

With several in-house scripts, proper conversion tracking, and with the power of Dynamic Search Ads, we had Vancouver Top Presales projects show as Ads on Google Search before other faster and more efficiently.

We also used Social Media to create lead generation funnels for various projects. We created over 50 ad variations and 64 Ad Sets to find the right audience for each project. Our video production team created custom videos.
